PhytoTrak for Windows

The heart of the data collection system. It is a stand alone Time Sheet Data Entry system OR the central control for organizing data collected in the fields on the various hand held devices or wall-mounted biometric time clocks.

Download Station

The collection point for all external data for import into PhytoTrak for Windows.

DuraBridge

 

A program that interfaces (programs & downloads) the various data collection devices produced by Videx, Inc. These include the DuraWand, DuraTrax, TouchProbe, LaserLite and LaserLite Pro.

 

PhytoBill

 

A program to apply a labor burden and create an invoice based upon historical labor data and equipment usage collected in PhytoTrak. It also will invoice material & chemical charges created in Farm Manager. The perfect solution for labor contactors. 

 

BarCoder for PhytoTrak

 

A program that will created inexpensive barcode used for data collection, including employee IDs with photos.

Budgeting for PhytoTrak

         Build your budget then compare your actual costing to budget.

Farm Manager

 

A program that inventories Material & Chemicals with costing by block.  Produces all EPA & state required forms for pesticide use.

          The program can also track cooler tickets and Sales and  produces yield analysis reports.

Maintenance Manager

 

A program that builds maintenance schedules by equipment type and tracks maintenance labor, parts & fuel costs by vehicle. Creates work orders, drawing parts as necessary from your parts inventory or indicates your supplier for parts not currently in inventory. Produces lists of upcoming or missing service, and parts re-order lists based upon you specified re-order points.

PhytoSales

 

Enter product inventory (perishable products have on-sale & off-sale dates).  When you take sales orders, automatically produces pick-lists showing location of oldest product (FIFO), packing lists, shipping labels, shipping manifests and weigh bills.  Invoices are produced with appropriate product charges, shipping, drayage, packing, box charges and sales tax.

        Add a biometric hand reader to your PhytoTrak device
        inputs. Record IN's & OUT's, Lunches, department and
         job changes.

Service Manager

        Track and invoice portable john supplies and usage.
