PhytoTrak is the embodiment of a full-featured, versatile and highly innovative system that has evolved from the demands of the industry and the needs of our clients.

PhytoTrak addresses the issues of collecting payroll information, along with equipment usage for payroll processing and comprehensive cost accounting. It is our intention to improve the availability of information while reducing the effort required retrieving it. The system can easily be expanded and customized to accommodate any farming configuration with minimal administrative overhead.

PhytoTrak will work best for agricultural clients that have intensive use of labor, farm equipment, and materials, and have multiple cost centers (i.e. Crops, varieties and locations). These clients would typically be very "budget minded" and would want to know where and how their money is being spent; and how their actual costs compare with the anticipated costs. PhytoTrak is ideal for row crops, vineyards and orchards.
