PhytoTrak build 166 This update includes an extended "Pay for Performance Bonus". You can define a pay matrix to pay piece rate on performance. For example, the jobclass pays $A per hour, but if the employee exceeds "x1" number of pieces per hour, they receive a bonus of "y1" per piece. If the employee exceeds "x2" pieces per hour, they receive "y2" per piece... and so on PhytoTrak build 165 This updates excludes deleted AND hidden blocks and subdivisions from acreage and count totals for Phases, Ranches and Enterprises. PhytoTrak build 159 This update adds the ability to add employee hours to a block & job class directly (non time & attendance). Internal day counters for the data had to be modified in order to accomplish this, so any existing data when first using this build needs to be converted. This is easily accomplished by entering the editor and then exiting the editor (you don't have to make any changes). The new functionality is accessed in TSDE (Time Sheet Data Entry) by selecting 'Hours Only'. PhytoTrak build 158 This makes some changes in the Famous O/T export, including flip-flopping earnings codes when incentive pay is in effect. PhytoTrak build 157B This corrects a SureHarvest Import error. PhytoTrak build 157A This changes the PPG Exclusion from automatically going to the default printer. PhytoTrak build 157 This includes updates for PPGs. The peel now includes piece count and piece pools where all pool members are part of the PPG. The pool WILL NOT be split by a peel to the PPG. Instead an exclusion report is produced listing individuals that share the pool that are not part of the PPG. Tech access required. PhytoTrak build 156 This includes a selection of ADP export file types. Tech access required. PhytoTrak build 155 This allows rule exceptions to be checked when calculations are based upon a primary rule setup. Anyone using multiple rules needs this update. PhytoTrak build 154 This corrects employee import error. PhytoTrak build 153 This update introduces the idea of "Processing Groups' (PPG) for multi-user clients. This allows them to define these groups and peel the data to concurrent clients based upon these groups, for processing of time records only.... Pieces and pools will not be peeled. As a result, the data cannot be submitted from these special concurrent clients, but must be returned to the base client and submitted from there. PhytoTrak build 152 This allows a specified labor rule to be in effect for the entire payperiod when work is performed in ANY day in ANY of the JobClasses governed by it. To activate this feature a configuration change must be made by Tech Support. PhytoTrak build 151 This includes the addition of a "Commodity" filter for historical records. Distinctive & Red Wing. The primary changes have to do with account
assignments for various earnings types, but also includes a new account type
"Minimum Wage Adjustment" that will create a separate line item on
Blue Skies checks. I'm hoping to do the same thing with the other payroll
programs and services but some trials will have to be performed. If you want to
be a beta tester for your payroll program let me know. PhytoTrak build 147 This includes an update for 'SendToPDC.exe'. The confusion between the program name and the destination folder has now been resolved. When you 'Prepare Data' it will now place the data files for you to email in the 'C:\Bill Hold\Data For PDC' folder. PhytoTrak build 146 This includes error correction for multiple overtime rules. This must be activated by PDC Tech and the primary rule must be selected in Rule Setup. PhytoTrak build 145 This includes support for multiple overtime rule clients in the same workday or workweek were that were set by a 1977 Superior Court decision in California Asparagus Growers Association v. IWC. (This is a configuration update. If you want to activate this upon your system, please contact the office.) PhytoTrak build 144 This allows the selection of a primary OT rule when multiple rules apply in the same day. Blue Skies clients have the option to show minimum wage adjustments as a separate line item in reports and on the check stub.
